The Ashland, Kentucky franchisee also owns locations in Huntington, Morehead, and Pikeville

In September, Ann Vanover, a Penn Station franchisee in Ashland, Kentucky, was named Penn Station’s 2016 Franchisee of the Year.

The award recognizes Vonover’s rare accomplishments as a Penn Station owner in 2016, which include becoming a top-five performer among multi-unit operators, a top-five performer in quality and service, and a top-10 performer throughout the entire franchise system.

From the article:

"Ann has continued to improve the performance at her restaurants year over year to reach excellent rankings in quality, service, turn times and controllable costs for 2016," said Craig Dunaway, president of Penn Station East Coast Subs. "She is deserving of this award, and we're thrilled to name her Penn Station's 2016 Franchisee of the Year."
